A 7 day retreat for women ready to realign, release, and rise into their next chapter. Set in the peaceful luxury of Kayu Mama Resort & Spa, this intimate experience is limited to six women for a deeply personal journey of movement, mindfulness, and healing.

Each day balances training and stillness, strength and softness, restoring both body and mind. Mornings begin with movement and breathwork in an open air Balinese shala, surrounded by jungle and nature.
